Shipping and Delivery
- All orders will be dispatched in 4-6 working days.
- Orders placed on Thursday (after 12:00 pm CLT), Friday, and Saturday will be processed on Sunday morning.
- We will notify you as soon as your order is picked up for delivery/shipping by our partner courier.
- We ship all over Egypt via courier with an extra delivery charge.

- Your order will be delivered to your doorstep and you will have to sign a receipt confirming you received it.
- It is very important you provide us with very detailed information about your address and its location, do not hesitate to add more details to your address and to check carefully your mobile number is correctly written. You might be contacted by our partner delivery courier to confirm delivery.

- We currently accept cash payment only upon order delivery.
Returns & Exchange
